The Martini Foundation

2026 Charitable Property Listing Initiative

Turn a Property Sale Into Support for a Cause You Care About

To celebrate the launch of The Martini Foundation, eligible Greater Houston area property owners may apply to have one property selected for a special charitable real estate initiative.

When the selected property sells, Martini & Co Real Estate Advisors will donate its listing side commission from the sale to an eligible charitable organization chosen by the property owner.

Application period: August 15 through October 15, 2026

No purchase or payment is necessary to apply. Submitting an application does not require an applicant to enter into a listing agreement.

Submit Your Property for Consideration

Complete the form below during the application period. Submitting an application does not create a brokerage relationship and does not require you to sign a listing agreement.

Applications open August 15, 2026.

About the Initiative

Real Estate With a Greater Purpose

The 2026 Charitable Property Listing Initiative brings together The Martini Foundation's commitment to charitable service and the professional real estate experience of Martini & Co Real Estate Advisors.

One eligible property will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible applications received during the application period. If the property is accepted for listing and the completed sale satisfies the Official Program Rules, Martini & Co Real Estate Advisors will donate its listing side commission — calculated on the list price — to an eligible charity selected by the property owner.

The donation will be made directly to the verified charitable organization. The property owner will not receive or control the commission or donation funds.
